What happens when some of the best wedding planners in London come together to realize the vision of a modern and stylish couple at two of the city’s most iconic venues? Spectacular blooms, an all-candle ceremony and world-class entertainment were just the start when it came to celebrating the joyful love of Paige and Amir.
Following an intimate ceremony in The Natural History Museum’s Hintze Hall, luxurious wedding planner Kristina Kempton curated a vibrantly showstopping reception at the hotel’s palatial luxury wedding venue, The Belgravia. Seeping with natural daylight, The Lanesborough’s Director of Events, Antoinette Lettieri, recommends the room for its picturesque views over Hyde Park, hand-painted fresco ceilings and Georgian-period sophistication.
Here, we let you in on all the dreamy details…
A Luxury Wedding Ceremony under Victorian Architecture Steeped in Stories
Serenaded by a string quartet, 30 guests gathered at the foot of the Natural History Museum’s magnificent stone staircase to witness the couple declare their love in the embrace of dozens of gently flickering candles. The romance was in abundance beneath the venue’s Romanesque arches, while every glance, tear and gorgeous laugh was captured in time by Chelsea White Photography and HD Moments.
A Luxury Wedding Reception amidst Versailles Inspired vibrancy
Ribbon-tied hemstitch napkins, intricate charger plates and coral-pink peony place settings greeted emotion-filled guests at London’s landmark venue The Lanesborough. Intertwined among the crystal candelabra, gold leaf shells and sprinkling of candlelight, passionate blooms in vivid pinks, chic reds and pops of blue brought delight to the senses. Magically imagined by Tony Marklew, the kaleidoscope of florals continued down Makiko Searle’s 5-tier wedding cake, a delicious masterpiece.
Soft Glam and Timeless Elegance for a Stunning Bride
The bride radiated beauty in a bespoke Suzanne Neville gown, based on the breathtaking ‘Alicia’, and wore her hair in classic Hollywood waves, meticulously styled by the wonderful Botias. Glowing from the inside out, Paige and her perfect bridesmaids were flawlessly made up by the fabulous Krystal Dawn.
